Law of Attraction – How Does It Really Work?

 

It is often said that we create our own reality and that the Law of Attraction is the reason for it. Since the book and the film “The Secret” the broad mass of people got to know what before only a few had access to. But not many really understood how to use this knowledge. How does the Law of Attraction actually work and what can we do to let it work in our favor?

Some call it a basic Law of the Universe like the law of gravity which means that it works all the time throughout every aspect of our life.

 

Law of Attraction and Thoughts

Law of Attraction states that we attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on. It uses the power of the mind to translate whatever is in our thoughts and materialize them into reality. In basic terms, all thoughts turn into things eventually.

The results of positive thoughts are always positive consequences. The same holds true for negative thoughts always leading to bad outcomes.

Everything in this life, including yourself with all your thoughts and feelings, is energy vibrating at different frequencies. You resonate with everything that is the same frequency, that means you attract to yourself that which you are in vibrational harmony with – no matter whether it is something you want or don’t want. Your frequency is determined mostly by your ingrained beliefs from your subconscious mind.

If you hold on to negative habitual thoughts from your past, they determine your present and you will attract more negative conditions.

If you focus on positive thoughts and have goals that you aim to achieve, you will attract opportunities that will help you to achive them. If you are open enough to see the signs. The Law of Attraction dictates that whatever can be imagined and held in the mind’s eye is achievable.

Therefore the first thing that we shoul ask ourselves when it comes to Law of Attraction is: „What do I really want from life?“ What is it that I want more than anything else? Is it love? Wealth? Health? Whatever it is, it should be something that we are really striving for, because if we are not absolutely into it, we will not be willing to pay the price for getting it. We have to dedicate ourselves to that which we truly want.

Law of Attraction and Visualization

To consciously attract that which you choose into your life you must learn to bring the energy of your thoughts and your actions into vibrational harmony with your goal, be it perfect health, success, abundance, true love or anything else.

To reprogramme your subconscious mind and therefore change your thoughts and your vibration, you can use the technique of visualization and fantasizing.

Be as accurate as possible when you visualize your dream life and always feel like as if you already have the things you want. How would you feel if the money was already in your bank account? How does it feel like to be in perfect health? How does it feel like to be absolutely and completely in love? Stay in the positive emotions as long as you can.

Emotions give you information about the vibration you are in at the moment.

If you can stay long enough in this higher vibration, Law of Attraction will bring you more of this vibration into your life. More positive thoughts that match this vibration and more positive experiences.

That’s why it is so important to visualize until you feel good and then stay in that feeling.
Then let go of your wish and let Law of Attraction take action. Don’t focus yourself too much on what you want, because often you are in the frequency of „not having what you want“ and this feeling of lack will attract more lack into your life. It is then better to think or do something that makes you feel good. Be thankful for something in your life that you really love, that brings you in a better vibrational state.

 

Law of Attraction and Awareness

You do not have to learn to work with or apply the Law of Attraction. It is a Universal Law, and thus is already working perfectly, whether or not you understand or accept it, and it never ceases to operate. Your goal is to become aware of your predominant thoughts and beliefs from your subconscious and then adjust them in the way it is necessary. Master your mind, not the Law of Attraction and become the master of your life.

Be conscious about every thought and feeling that is going on inside of you and try to change them if they lower your frequency. Use the visualization technique and affirmations to help you to do so. Always remember that you are capable of everything you can think of because your thoughts can turn to action and your action creates your life. Don’t let life push you around, take full responsibility for every action you take and start living the life you always dreamed of.
